Windhelm is a poverty-ridden slum run by a power-hungry racist and a serial killer is running around tearing women into pieces so he can use their body parts to reassemble his sister and raise her from the dead. they then sell u the house he was hoarding corpse parts in in for $12,000 and make u pay them to clean up the fuckin crime scene
Riften can be kind of a bummer but it has the cutest house and the Scottish dreamboat hiding in the sewers is like, a non-issue for me in this moment
