On the first day of the trip alone Guillaume accidentally headbutted the King as he tried to bow while Willem Alexander went for a hug; Stephanie’s hat was knocked off while she tried to greet the Queen; Grand Duchess Maria Teresa tripped on the red carpet; and a shy little girl immediately refused to shake the King’s hand!
