[Polymer Clay] Sailor Moon - Chibiusaˈs Time Key by SweetLittleVampire

So here we have my poor attempt at making Chibiusa´s Time Key - the anime version. For those who have no idea what I´m talking about - this thing

.It´s wobbly. It´s crooked. It´s VERY far from perfect. But I love it! ♥♥♥

I´ve heard making keys out of polymer clay isn´t the easiest task, and that´s definetely true. Thouh I think I did pretty well for my very first try.

There´s wire stuck in the bottom part, and in the upper part under the pink rhinestone, to make it sturdier. The pink bead in the large heart  actually dangles when you hold the key up.  The key itself only has detailing and rhinestones on one side; I want to attempt a douple-sided one once I have more experience. Gonna practice on a few mock ones. It´s the size of the palm of my hand.

(And if you´re wondering what that owl thing is - it´s a porcelain jewellery stand my friend skellingcrow got me for Christmas. I absolutely adore that thing! ♥ )

• Wire (a bent and cut paperclip, to be precise)
  
• Polymer clay in white
  
• Pink and red rhinestones
  
• A pink Swarovski bead
  
• Gold spray paint
• Wire to attach the pink bead and make the hoop for the chain
  
• An extra tiny wire hoop

• White: 3 facts about my personality

1. I am a very moody person. I blame it on me being a Gemini, but my mood swings sometimes even annoy myself.
   
2. I procrastinate a lot, and I like avoiding adult responsibilities - and I hate it. I´m working on it though, especially with me having a physically disabled mother.
3. I would say that I am easily forgiving, though there are a few people I simply cannot forgive.

Cosplay Progress Update

Franziska´s bow turned out perfectly - the brooch for it not so much. I made it out of polymer clay, and the base is fine, but I only had white clay at hand and the colours I used to paint it won´t properly stick to it. Seems I´ll have to invest in coloured clay to make the buttons and the brooch - which I wanted to do anyways. At least I have a template now. Oh, I also made false wristbands. Not sure yet how to tackle the puff sleeves, and I might have to majorly cheat with the waistcoat.

Also I had planned to use a blouse for her, but found a turtleneck I had totally forgotten about that works even better. I also found a black skirt I might be able to upcycle for this particular cosplay.

This might turn into the fattest (and shortest) Franziska von Karma in the history of the character. Don´t like it? Don´t look at it; I´m having way too much fun to be bothered by this.

I´m slightly sick, so I wanted to draw something quick and cute and fluffy.
It´s not very polished; in fact I only cleaned up my first sketch a bit and then decided to colour and slightly shade it.

Little Franziska and Mini Miles. They´re just too adorable for words! ♥

I enjoy drawing these two way too much. I regret nothing though.
