tyrumphant and I noticed that Hogwarts didn’t offer many activities outside of school hours apart from Quidditch and possibly the Hogwarts Choir. We have remedied this in the following list.

HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD, OPENING SUMMER 2016
The Cursed Child delves into what happened to Harry’s parents — Lily Evans Potter and James Potter — before they were killed by Lord Voldemort, forcing an infant Harry to be raised in miserable circumstances by his mother’s sister, Petunia, her horrid husband Vernon and their spoiled son Dudley.
The play may also look at the complicated relationship between siblings Lily and Petunia. A muggle like the rest of her family, Petunia was always put out by her sister’s magical prowess.
There is also dramatic fodder in the friendship between Lily and Severus Snape during their schooldays at Hogwarts (both were members of the Order Of The Phoenix).
Another of their friends — Remus Lupin — may also figure in the story. [x]
Just got an email that there was a “loss of power” in our university library.
What I imagined : an epic battle between the students from different departments, fighting to conquer library territory, bookshelf by bookshelf :
Law and Literature students tried to form an alliance against the Economics students, but failed because they couldn’t get past phrasing their pact. Meanwhile, the History students tried to ambush the Mathematics students, but the Economics students sabotaged their efforts by reducing the supply of energy drinks. After their failed ambush, the History students were outnumbered by the Mathematics students. This news just in : The Philosophy and Quantum Physics alliance has taken over the fourth floor after making the Politics students question their own existence and break down in confusion. The P.Q.P. alliance currently holds the third and fourth floor as well as the coffee dispenser, making them one of the greatest forces in the library at present.
What it actually meant : there isn’t any electricity, please use another library.
Luke and I were looking at Hieronymus Bosch’s painting The Garden of Earthly Delights and discovered, much to our amusement, music written upon the posterior of one of the many tortured denizens of the rightmost panel of the painting which is intended to represent Hell. I decided to transcribe it into modern notation, assuming the second line of the staff is C, as is common for chants of this era.
so yes this is LITERALLY the 600-years-old butt song from hell
I can’t NOT reblog a 600 year old butt song from Hell.
The 600 year old butt song from Hell is back on my dash! Happy day!
